Apparently, everyone is moving to LA. And by everyone, I mean two friends of mine who are both driving across the country this week to start new lives in Los Angeles! I hosted both of them (and their friends) while they stopped in Denver. It was so great to see Jaclyn, a good friend from my yoga teacher training, again. She is moving to LA for the warm weather, the yoga, and to pursue a master’s degree in opera performance (no big deal). My other friend moving to LA is a former field hockey teammate from high school, Desirae. She’s moving out west for a job (and the celebrities). It was so fun to reconnect with both of them as they made their way to a new city!
So far, Skylar and I have hosted nine travelers as they made their way through the Mile High City. That’s pretty impressive considering we’ve only been here five months! If you ever need a futon to crash on in Denver, Chateau Ash is open for business!
